F6 VISA Korea divorce (How to keep F6 VISA after divorce)

First, the major reason of divorce should be on your korean spouse. (주된 이혼사유가 배우자의 잘못이어야 합니다.)
It means it was not your faults to break up the family. 

Second, even if it's not your faults, you need to prove it by sentencing statement. (본인의 잘못이 아님을 판결문으로 입증해야 합니다.)
